CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THIS PARTICULAR PACKAGE

No refund if you cancel within 72 hours

50% refund if you cancel 72 hrs – 7 Days

90% refund 7 Days +  (10% administration fee)

CANCELLATION POLICY

ONE OR TWO ROOMS BOOKINGS

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date
incur a $100 cancellation fee.

GROUP BOOKINGS THREE OR MORE ROOMS

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold the rooms.

Cancellations made within 14 days of booking arrival date incur
a 50% cancellation fee.

We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
