We have just six (6) spacious guest rooms complete with ensuite and small kitchenette. All rooms have a Queen Sized Bed.

Our rooms encompass the entire width of the building, and parking and access to your room is from the back verandah (western side) with French Doors opening onto the front verandah. Reception is also at the front in the centre of the building.
Our Room Rates
Your Room Rate includes your Continental Breakfast of a selection of Cereals, Juice and Bread of your choice for toast and a selection of jams, vegemite, honey and peanut butter. We use fresh Lite White milk in the rooms for our guests. If you have any special dietary requirements, eg gluten free, soy milk, lactose free milk, allergies, etc, please let us know so we can have it ready for you.

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a “first night” cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy - 3 or more rooms or 3 or more nights :
Cancellations made within 7 days, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.
Cancellations made between 8 - 14 days notice incurs a "first night" cancellation fee per room booked.
Other Useful Information
We also have a guest BBQ. You bring the fresh stuff and we provide condiments, crockery and cutlery, including salad bowls and dressings and sauce.
